Overview

Bridge Audio is designed to stream audio from your Android device to compatible AirPlay speakers on your local Wi-Fi network. The app does not require a Bridge Audio account.

Audio capture

Android requires explicit permission before an app can capture playback audio. Bridge Audio uses that permission only to stream the audio output from your device to the speaker you select. Audio is processed for local streaming and is not sent to Bridge Audio servers.

Local network discovery

Bridge Audio scans your local network for compatible speakers. This may include speaker names, IP addresses, model identifiers and protocol capability information. This information is used inside the app so you can choose the correct speaker.

Now playing information

If you grant notification access, Bridge Audio may read currently playing media metadata from Android so it can show track or app context in app controls, notifications or widgets. This access is optional and can be disabled in Android settings.

Purchases

App purchases are handled by Google Play. Google may process purchase, tax and account information according to Google Play policies. Bridge Audio does not receive your full payment details.

Website

This website is a static product site. It does not require an account. If analytics, hosting logs or anti-abuse systems are added by the hosting provider, they may process basic technical data such as IP address, user agent and request time.
